HOW DO CUSTOMERS RETURN?

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

Start Here: 

You are eligible for a Full Refund if you:

- Purchased a product at Full Price and have returned the product within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

-  Returns for free postage items will be cost of item minus our cost of postage ($13 for orders where customer had free postage).

 

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT 

You are eligible for Online Store Credit { in the form of a Voucher code} if you:

- Purchased a product at Full Price or a Pre-Order.

- Please note: Store Credits are Valid for 12 months.

- We are unable to offer EXCHANGES - if you want to make sure you don't miss out, just order your correct size and our customer care team will refund you for the item that wasn't right. 

 

PRE-ORDER RETURNS

All items marked as Pre-Orders fall under our normal returns policy. 


FINAL SALE

All Sales are Final on:

- Sale + Promo items CANNOT BE RETURNED or exchanged at all unless faulty, these sales are FINAL.

- Products purchased with a Store Credit or Gift Card Exchanges.

Purchased a product at Full Price, with a discount [promo] code.

 

FAULTY 

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace, exchange or refund the garment at your preference.

Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you.

Please note wear and tear damages do not constitute a fault this includes buttons falling off during use etc. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

All refunds will be returned via the payment method used for the original purchase.

 

WRONG PRODUCT

If you were shipped the wrong product please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team: peterwebbermenswear@gmail.com.

We will send you the correct product on receipt of the original back in store. We will refund your postage back to us.

 

EARRINGS + FRAGRANCES

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or fragrances.

 

EXCHANGE PRICE DIFFERENCE

Your new product needs to be either of the same value or higher, you will need to pay the difference via credit or debit card over the phone. 

 

EXTRA RETURNS INFO

All items must be posted in the mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.

We will aim to process your return within 24 hours of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive a refund or store credit notification via email.

For refunds, please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to show in your account. If you are yet to receive the email, it is most likely that we are yet to receive your return.

Please note that the products are your responsibility until they are received by Peter Webber's. 

Peter Webber's will not issue a refund on products that are not received or are lost in transit. We recommend returning your product with registered post.

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where Peter Webber's may have made an error.

Returns must be in the origonal condition of sale with all tags attached.

AFTERPAY

Our normal returns policy applies to all AFTERPAY orders. If you change your mind for any reason, we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for a refund, online store credit or an exchange, within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Purchases made using AFTERPAY are subject to the same return policy as outlined above.

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault you are eligible for a refund via AFTERPAY for any payments already completed, and we will cancel the remaining payment plan.

You will receive an email from AFTERPAY outlining your AFTERPAY account amendment.
