Return Instore:

You can return items you have bought instore or online for an exchange or refund, in accordance with our refund policy.  A team member will assess condition, you must also provide proof of purchase ideally your tax invoice. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender, except for Paypal payments which will be refunded via a Peter Webber Gift card.

Return Via Post:

Step 1; Complete the packing slip which came with the item.

Step 2; Post your parcel. Return address is;

Returns Policy:

When you shop at Peter Webber Menswear you can shop with the confidence that we put customer service first and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return it to out store by post or in person for an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines given below;

30 Days:

We offer an exchange or refund for change of mind within 30 days of purchase.

Requirements for a change of mind:

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Peter Webber Menswear will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • You have provided a satisfactory Proof of Purchase.
  •  The item is in a saleable condition with tags and labels still intact, in its original packaging and clearly unworn, unused and as sold.
  • The item is not a special exemption (see below)
 Consumer Guarantees:
As a consumer you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Peter Webber Menswear. If you believe an item or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
 Special Exemptions:

No returns for change of mind in the following instances;

Gift Cards

Items which have been worn by the customer in excess of try on.

Custom made or altered items.

Personal Products; Jewellery, underwear

 Consumer Contribution:

If the goods are not being returned through any fault of the supplier then Peter Webber Menswear may charge the cost of postage for the exchange item, or withhold the postage for a refunded item. In the case of a refunded item which initially had free postage may charge a restocking fee of 10%.
